With Maison Co-Pain, baking at home is simple. Take the bread out of the freezer and let it thaw. Preheat the oven. When it reaches the right temperature, bake it for the specified time. Let it rest for a few minutes—and that's it! Warm, crusty, freshly baked bread to enjoy whenever you want.

Health benefits

Freezing and toasting bread can significantly reduce its glycemic impact by altering the starch structure. Freezing generates resistant “retrograded starch,” and toasting helps break down digestible starch, slowing sugar absorption. A 2007 study showed that combining the two methods can reduce the glycemic response (iAUC) by up to 40% compared to fresh bread.
