Our loaves and viennoiseries are ready to bake at home, with no preparation. You don't need to plan ahead or leave the house. With Maison Co-Pain, baking fresh bread isn't a luxury. Baking has never been this easy
With Maison Co-Pain, baking at home is simple. Take the bread out of the freezer and let it thaw. Preheat the oven. When it reaches the right temperature, bake it for the specified time. Let it rest for a few minutes—and that's it! Warm, crusty, freshly baked bread to enjoy whenever you want.

Our products
Selecting the best ingredients is the foundation of everything we do. Organic flour, extra virgin olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes—quality ingredients make a difference in flavor, texture, and nutritional value. Great bread starts with great ingredients.

Pastries
Premium butter, smooth and balanced chocolate… Each ingredient is carefully chosen to create simple and delicious viennoiseries. Butter croissants, chocolate croissants, pain au chocolat: perfect for breakfast, a snack, or just because. Available in classic or mini sizes, depending on the occasion.

Breads
Our breads are handcrafted with sourdough and high-quality ingredients. You can choose between 180g or 80g boules or a rustic loaf—each designed to offer flavor, simplicity, and character. Rustic, multigrain, olive, campagne, Antoine, walnut, rye, spelt, or carob—there's a loaf for every occasion, from everyday meals to hosting and occasions. Bake them at home and enjoy warm, crusty bread, fresh from the oven.

Brioches
Our brioches are made with quality butter, giving them a soft, fluffy texture and a delicate, balanced flavor. Sweet or savory, they're always a good choice. Also available as burger buns, with or without sesame seeds, in standard or mini sizes. Bake them at home and enjoy a golden, tender, and fragrant brioche whenever you want.

Health benefits
Freezing and toasting bread can significantly reduce its glycemic impact by altering the starch structure. Freezing generates resistant “retrograded starch,” and toasting helps break down digestible starch, slowing sugar absorption. A 2007 study showed that combining the two methods can reduce the glycemic response (iAUC) by up to 40% compared to fresh bread.
